Wasps in the Barn

Every farm building in Parrish grows wasp nests. The eaves of a barn, the underside of a lean-to, a tack room ceiling, the roof over a wash rack: all of it is shaded, dry and sheltered, which is what a paper wasp queen looks for in spring. On a horse property the danger is specific.
